These terms apply to Madefolio.
These terms apply from 30 August 2026.
Madefolio is a maker portfolio and UGC sharing platform provided by ChronoCode (the “Operator”). It includes project uploads, feeds and browse, comments and maker notes, follows and stacks, and Maker Pro subscriptions. Features may change or be discontinued; unless otherwise agreed, the service is provided as-is.
You sign up and sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth. Keep your profile accurate and protect your account and access. Username and display name appear on your public profile.
You keep rights to projects, comments, maker notes, and other content you post. You grant Madefolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content as needed to operate the service, including feeds, promotion, and embed badges. We remove content within a reasonable scope when you delete it or close your account (subject to legal and backup retention). Respect other users’ makes (projects, posts, and screens). The poster of the content bears primary responsibility for copyright and similar rights disputes.
You must not break the law or others’ rights, impersonate or spam, distribute malware, crawl or automate abusively, disrupt the service, collect others’ personal data without consent, post illegal or hateful content, or copy another user’s make (project, post, or screen) as-is and present it as your own (unauthorized copying). You may notify us with the report feature; after review, the Operator may take down, remove, limit exposure, or suspend accounts.
Maker Pro is billed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), which handles payment, refunds, and tax. Free plan includes one public feed spotlight per maker; Pro includes up to three (see the pricing page for current limits). Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages from events outside reasonable control (force majeure, network or cloud outages, user fault, third-party failures). You are responsible for the accuracy and safety of links and content you post.
Where permitted by law, the Operator’s total liability for a claim is limited to fees you actually paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim (if any). For free use, we may have no monetary liability except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow applicable law and competent courts.
We post changes on this page. Continued use after changes may be treated as acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and request account deletion.
